ABOUT US
FinIT Recruit officially launched in March 2011, now with some new service offerings, we are excited to relaunch our website. Colette, MD of FinIT Recruit is a Human Resource and Executive Search Specialist with more than 19 years of Human Resources Management and senior recruitment experience. During this time she managed various key accounts successfully and with aplomb. Her executive searches and recruiting experience stretches over many industries, but in the past 14 years, she has specialized in the Information Technology (SaaS) and Finance sectors.
She is a focus-driven and goal-orientated individual. These attributes enable her to perform optimally in a team environment and on an individual level. She has been working successfully remotely since 2013 and even though she thrives on people connections, she functions very well under immense pressure and on her own. She is very energetic and is known for her knowledge, positive energy, enthusiasm, and ability to think “out of the box”, This allows her to be a flexible individual that brings exciting new insights, strategies, solutions, and developments to the Human Resources, Recruitment, and executive search sector.
Our team consists of Human Resource Specialists, Executive Search Specialists, Risk and Compliance specialists, Project managers, digital designers and content specialists.

Our Consulting and Certification preparation of the ISO 27001 Information Security
Gap Analysis
- Gap Analysis of the company against current regulations and standards. Suggest the Required framework and discuss alignment to best practices
Awareness Training
- Training of the ISO27001 standards across the company
Internal Auditor review and or training
- Training on how Internal Audits for ISO27001 need to be carried out by those that will be doing the interval audits
Documentation, Internal Audit, and Management reviews
- Facilitation and review of all the required internal documentation required and templates. Create a team of Internal auditors and conduct compliance checks and advise departments on what they need to put in place for compliance

CAREER Assistance - Individuals
As part of our Social Economic Development, FinIT Recruit will be available for Career Assistance to individuals that have proven to develop and grow themselves. We will help and guide 15 individuals per month - free of charge. This service will include:
